Pre Project Information

Before construction commences, please consider the following:

• Concrete work can be loud, dusty, and may begin very early in the morning. If you anticipate that this might disturb some neighbors, please inform them about the nature of the work prior to our arrival.

• We will need ample parking space for trucks, machinery, and materials. Kindly ensure that there is sufficient parking available in front of your property for the entire duration of the project.

• Access to a water supply is necessary for our operations.

• Please relocate any sprinkler heads that might obstruct the new construction. If you are unable to do so, please ensure they are clearly marked. While we strive to avoid disrupting sprinkler heads or lines during our process, we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred if they are not relocated.

• Following the concrete pour, we will need an area around your property to dispose of approximately one wheelbarrow of concrete washout/sand/water. Please inform our crew in advance of the pour where this area is located.

• Prior to construction, please secure all animals in and around your property. Unattended neighborhood cats may also pose a potential issue.

• Your invoice will either be left in your mailbox or sent digitally, depending on prior arrangements. Payment terms are outlined on the invoice.
